In this role, you will diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and related endodontic procedures using advanced technology and modern techniques. You will collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure compassionate, patient-first care. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions using clinical exams, radiographs, and CBCT imaging Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with referring dentists and specialists Manage dental emergencies, pain, and infections with timely, compassionate care Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation and digital records Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care Participate in practice meetings, case reviews, and collaborative treatment planning Support continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and evidence-based techniques Contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented culture aligned with the group's community-focused mission Required Skills Endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning Non-surgical root canal therapy Endodontic retreatment Microscope-assisted endodontics Cone beam CT (CBCT) interpretation Management of dental trauma and cracked teeth Local anesthesia and pain management Infection control and aseptic technique Digital radiography and dental charting Patient communication and case presentation
