What You'll Do (Clinical & Technical Responsibilities) Capture precise, high-quality intraoral and extraoral photo series. Perform high-accuracy 3D intraoral scans ( iTero ) and 3D CBCT imaging ( iCAT ). Oversee clinical sterilization, infection control, and daily clinic organization. Fabricate custom retainers utilizing cutting-edge 3D printing technology and lab equipment. Support chairside orthodontic workflows and patient preparation. Fast-track your clinical progression toward a Senior Clinical Associate position, where you will directly contribute to comprehensive orthodontic procedures.

What We're Looking For Degree Requirement:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), DDS, DMD, or equivalent foreign dental degree.

Adaptability & Drive:

A sharp, proactive clinical mindset with a genuine passion for digital orthodontics and patient care.

Communication & Demeanor:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a polished, professional presence suited for a high-end practice.

Team-First Mentality:

Ability to thrive in an energetic, detail-oriented, and collaborative team environment. No prior U.S. dental assisting experience required — we provide full, comprehensive training on our practice protocols and systems. Compensation & Benefits Training Period (First 90 Days): $18.00 / hour

Post-Training Rate:

$19.00 - $22.00 / hour (based on performance, skill mastery, and clinical efficiency)
