Job Description

We are looking for a Veterinarian to perform feline spay/neuter surgeries on our mobile clinic once or twice weekly. No weekends are required. Candidate must feel comfortable working as part of an amazing team, performing high-quality, high volume spay and neuter surgeries, in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work between 6-8 hours performing surgery. This is a position working with an amazing support team, but would also require the ability to work without additional Dr. supervision or help, during shift. A love for performing surgery and excellent surgical skills are a must. The Animal Rights Alliance Inc., (TARA) is a HQHVSN orginization, we are a non-profit 501c (3) organization. (TARA), has been providing low cost, high quality, spaying and neutering since 2002. TARA is a trusted and reputable organization that specializes primarily in feline, canine spay/neuter. Must be a DVM or equivalent, a skilled surgeon in high volume, high quality spay/neuter surgeries and techniques, including pediatric, cryptorchid, third- trimester pregnancies, with an emphasis on quality patient care. We are looking for someone with good teamwork abilities and a strong desire to make a difference for the welfare of animals. Must have the ability to work independently without additional DVM present. Must feel comfortable working inside our custom mobile clinic.
