Are you a motivated and experienced dentist seeking a long-term opportunity with the potential for ownership in a high-quality, patient-focused dental practice? Located in Webster, NY—just 18 minutes from downtown Rochester—our modern, well-established office is looking for a skilled Associate Dentist to join the team. With advanced technology, a strong support staff, and a loyal patient base, this position offers an exceptional clinical growth and stability environment.

Same-day crowns (CEREC) Single-visit RCTs Oral cancer screenings In-house implants Zoom teeth whitening Veneers Botox and Juvederm cosmetic treatments Partner office access for CBCT scans
Supportive Team:
Work alongside a dedicated staff, including enough dental assistants to fully support clinical flow, and collaborate with a team of 2 experienced providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry, including restorations, oral surgery, and endodontics Provide comprehensive exams and treatment planning Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest clinical standards
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Compensation:
$250,000-$350,000 (based on % of collections)

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
