Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles through advanced clinical procedures, compassionate patient interactions, and adherence to the highest standards of infection control and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing dental diagnosis techniques and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans. Execute complex dental treatments such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, oral surgery, and dental implants with precision and care. Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate medical documentation and record keeping in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and medical imaging to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care to foster trust and understanding. Collaborate with team members on pediatric dentistry cases, orthodontics, and other specialty procedures to deliver comprehensive patient care. Skills Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis. Expertise in performing dental diagnosis, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Experience with dental fabrication techniques and dental imaging technologies. Ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques aligned with OSHA guidelines. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical records management within a busy dental clinic environment. $800.00 - $2,000.00 per day
