This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your comprehensive dental expertise, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and orthodontics, in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Operate dental equipment and technology efficiently, including electronic health records systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment procedures, and post-operative care to promote ongoing wellness. Assist in dental fabrication processes such as crowns or bridges when required. Stay current with advances in dental technology and techniques through continuous education. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with a strong focus on general dentistry. Hands-on experience with pediatric dentistry and the ability to manage young patients comfortably. Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and anatomy relevant to oral health diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics. Strong understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques aligned with healthcare guidelines. Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately. Ability to adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations while managing medical records securely.
