This position is ideal for a clinician who understands that exceptional dentistry is both clinical and interpersonal, and combines strong clinical skills with an outstanding chairside presence and a passion for comprehensive, relationship-driven dentistry. The incoming doctor will be stepping into a mature, high-quality practice environment with patients who value trust, communication, aesthetics, and long-term care. We are looking for someone who can continue the standard of excellence established by current providers while helping grow advanced restorative and cosmetic services. Patients in this practice value communication, confidence, aesthetics, and a bespoke experience as much as technical skill. The right candidate will be someone patients instantly trust and enthusiastically refer to friends and family. Providers enjoy full clinical autonomy to treat patients while being supported by a highly experienced clinical and operational team. About The Practice:

Strong Clinical and Administrative Support Team General Dentist Benefits:
  • $200,000-$500,000 Annual Income Potential

  • Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement (Full-Time Employees Only)
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Clinical Experience
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited university
  • Active NY license in good standing and active/in process DEA license
  • Broad Scope General Dentistry with significant experience in elective cosmetic dentistry such as veneers, clear aligners, and smile design
  • Elite communication skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail, with a comfort and fluency presenting comprehensive treatment plans
  • Experience with or interest in full-arch treatment planning and restoration, such as All- on-4/All-on-X
  • Ethical, patient-centric provider
  • Coachable and team-oriented
  • Great work ethic with motivation for success
