The Dentist will work within a collaborative, integrated healthcare environment alongside dental hygienists, dental assistants, medical providers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacists, and community health professionals. Responsibilities Perform dental examinations and develop treatment plans Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services Perform crown and bridge work, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics, and minor oral surgery Interpret diagnostic imaging and prescribe medications or anesthetics as appropriate Coordinate referrals to dental specialists Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement and community outreach initiatives Provide supervision and clinical guidance to Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution Current Ohio dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities GPR or AEGD completion preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus Compensation and Benefits Salary up to $205,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick time 401(k) retirement plan Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible organization This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist seeking meaningful, community-focused work within a supportive interdisciplinary healthcare team.
