Location:
Old West End Community Health Center- 2244 Collingwood Blvd.
Toledo, Ohio Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Set (3) 12 hour days Join Our Team!

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Graduate of an accredited dental school is required.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Successful completion of in-house training.SKILLS/ABILITIES
: Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges is required. Current Ohio DEA registration Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Ohio. CPR- BLS (basic life support) required.
