Job Description

Pediatric Dentist We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dedicated dental care team. Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental issues in pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and sealants Educate children and their parents or guardians on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Ensure a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly environment during all procedures Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care
Skills and Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Valid state dental license and certification in pediatric dentistry (if applicable) Proven experience working with children in a dental setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with young patients and their families Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and professionalism Knowledge of current pediatric dental procedures, materials, and safety protocols Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
