Work in a supportive, fully staffed practice with a manageable 10-20-patient volume per day. Perform exams, restoratives, and RCT. Competitive pay and travel/lodging are available! Medicaid enrolled? Fast 1-week credentialing is possible. General Dentist - Perry, OK locum

November, Monday-Friday Schedule/Shifts:
M-TH 8-5, F 8-1
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient (up to 40% Medicaid patients)
Patient Volume:
10-20
Procedures:
General dentistry, mainly adults
Support Staff :
Front Office, 2 dental assistants, 1 hygienist

Open Dental Requirements :
Clear and active OK license, DEA, BLS (must be enrolled in Medicaid to be considered) Reason for
