Join an established associate dentist in office. Pracitce has been two doctors for 30 years. Pay is 33% of Collections. Duties Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages. Perform a wide range of procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. Utilize advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for patient records management and treatment documentation. Conduct patient assessments and communicate treatment options clearly to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in accordance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Take and interpret medical imaging and dental radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis. Collaborate with team members on patient care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services including pediatrics and anesthesiology procedures when necessary. Document medical records accurately, adhering to legal standards and confidentiality requirements. Engage in client communication to foster trust and ensure patient satisfaction throughout their visit. Support dental fabrication processes and assist with complex procedures involving dental implants or prosthodontics. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice dentistry in the designated area. Proven experience in general dentistry with familiarity in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics preferred. Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly. Experience with dental imaging techniques and root canal therapy procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform dental extractions, oral surgeries, and utilize aseptic techniques confidently. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws ensuring compliance at all times. Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.
