Oct 12-15, 19-22, 26-29, Nov 2-5, 9-12, 16-19, 23-25, 30, Dec 1-3, 7-10, 14-17, 21-24, 29-31.

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm

Tulsa, OK Dates:

Oct 5-8, 12-15, 19-22, 26-29, Nov 2-5, 9.

Hours:

Mon-Wed 8a-5p, Thurs 8a-6p

Job Responsibilities:

Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
