PEDIATRIC DENTIST

•INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORAloha Dental Specialty Center | Aloha Medical Dental Square | Aloha, Oregon Aloha Dental Specialty Center is looking for an outstanding Pediatric Dentist to join our specialty team as an Independent Contractor . This is a great opportunity to practice in a beautiful, growing, and highly professional setting within Aloha Medical Dental Square , a well-presented healthcare campus built to support comprehensive patient care and long-term practice success. We are seeking a pediatric dentist who is warm, confident, efficient, and exceptional with children and families. The right doctor will be comfortable building trust with parents, creating a positive patient experience, and working collaboratively with a broader dental team. We strongly prefer a specialist who can bring an existing patient base, referral connections, or community relationships. This position is part-time to start , unless the doctor already has a strong patient pool and can support additional days immediately. Our preferred starting day is Friday , with the possibility of opening Thursday and Saturday as needed. We are flexible and willing to expand the schedule for the right specialist. The doctor will have access to our facilities, operatories, equipment, dental assistants, and support staff . We will help with scheduling and work to gradually build the doctor's schedule over time. That said, preference is given to specialists who already have their own patient flow, referral relationships, or established base of patients .
