•INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORAloha Dental Specialty Center | Aloha Medical Dental Square | Aloha, Oregon Aloha Dental Specialty Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist to join our growing specialty team as an Independent Contractor . Located within Aloha Medical Dental Square , our practice offers a modern, attractive, and highly professional environment for specialists who want to build a successful long-term practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a periodontist looking to practice in a well-presented setting with strong growth potential and interdisciplinary collaboration. We are looking for a specialist who is confident in periodontal therapy, surgical procedures, implant-related treatment, and comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, professional, team-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and referring doctors. A doctor with an existing patient base or referral relationships is strongly preferred. This position is part-time to start , unless the doctor already has a strong patient pool that can support more immediate scheduling. We would prefer to begin with Fridays , with flexibility to expand into Thursdays and Saturdays as needed. We are open to building additional days for the right doctor. The specialist will be able to use our facilities, operatories, equipment, dental assistants, and support team . We will assist with scheduling and work to gradually build the doctor's schedule over time. However, preference is given to specialists who bring their own patient pool, referral base, or ability to generate patient flow from the beginning .
