Oregon City, Oregon Employment:
Full-Time W-2 |
Four-Day Workweek Compensation:

Adjusted Production Annual Earning Potential:
$267,000-$400,000+ Bring Your Experience. Build Your Clinical Home. Revolution Dental Group is adding a full-time Associate Dentist to work alongside our existing associate. We're looking for an experienced general dentist who can diagnose comprehensively, communicate treatment clearly, and confidently manage patient care—from treatment planning through restorative treatment and follow-up. This opportunity is for a doctor who values clinical independence, takes ownership of their patients' care, and enjoys collaborating with experienced colleagues. Revolution Dental Group is part of Revolution Dental Implant Center, bringing comprehensive general dentistry into an environment with advanced restorative and implant resources. With an established patient base, an in-house dental lab, and an integrated digital workflow, you'll have the resources to put your experience to work and build lasting patient relationships. Comprehensive Dentistry, With the Resources to Support It Your role centers on comprehensive general and restorative dentistry, supported by the clinical capabilities of the broader practice. We're looking for someone who sees the complete treatment picture and can confidently develop and carry out a plan—not simply identify the next procedure.
Our clinical scope includes:
  • Comprehensive general dentistry, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Crown and bridge restorations
  • Full-mouth restorative cases
  • Implant and full-arch restorations Our established patient base, marketing, and internal systems support ongoing patient flow.
You won't be expected to build a patient base from scratch. Production-Based Compensation With an Established Earnings History Compensation is 30% of Adjusted Production , with $267,000-$400,000+ in annual earning potential , supported by historical associate performance. With an established patient base, there is opportunity to earn beyond $400,000 for an experienced clinician who can confidently deliver comprehensive care and manage a productive schedule. Actual earnings depend on individual Adjusted Production. Revolution Dental Group is not contracted as an in-network provider with insurance plans. Production is based on the practice's established fees rather than contracted PPO fee schedules, with compensation calculated on Adjusted Production.
The distinction is meaningful:
it's not just the percentage—it's the fee schedule behind it. Technology That Supports Your Clinical Work Our doctors have access to advanced technology and an integrated digital workflow, including:
  • CBCT

SHINING 3D
  • Global Surgical Microscope
  • Neodent Implant System

Collaborative in Your Approach. We're looking for a doctor with an established clinical foundation who is comfortable managing their own patients and treatment plans. You'll work alongside our existing associate and have access to experienced clinicians who understand complex restorative and implant dentistry. Case discussion and collaboration are part of the environment, while clinical autonomy allows you to practice confidently. Strong communication matters—with patients, fellow doctors, and the team supporting their care. Qualifications
