This is a fully internal referral model. Our general dentists refer directly to you — no marketing, no outside referral network to build, no chasing cases. You walk in to a schedule our team has already built. Compensation 40% of collections, with room above that depending on how we structure supplies and staffing. If you bring your own assistant and instruments, the percentage moves up accordingly. Based on current schedule volume, a full day runs approximately $5,000-$8,000. Paid as a 1099 contractor, reconciled monthly. What we provide A fully equipped operatory ready for your day Trained front office staff who handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication A chairside assistant if you want one — or bring your own assistant if you prefer working with someone you already know Digital imaging and practice management systems already in place Steady internal case flow from our general dentists across both locations What you'll do Provide endodontic treatment for patients referred internally by our general dentists Consult on borderline cases and treatment planning with the referring doctor Coordinate post-treatment follow-up with the restoring dentist Requirements DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited endodontic residency Active Oregon dental license (or license-eligible) in good standing Current malpractice coverage DEA registration Comfortable with microscope-assisted endodontics and CBCT interpretation Why this role If you're building a practice, semi-retired, or currently traveling between multiple offices, this is a low-overhead way to add a consistent day of quality endo.
