Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Dentist for a mission-driven outpatient community health dental program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join an established outpatient dental practice serving patients of all ages Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Average 18-20 patients per day with full clinical and administrative support Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to quality dental care Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with outstanding work-life balance

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$165,062-$245,766 Annual Incentive Bonus Up To 18% Of Base Salary $20,000 Sign-On Bonus $20,000 Retention Bonus

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-4:30 PM No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities ROLE Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Diagnose and treat patients of all ages Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on preventive oral healthcare Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team
