Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Part-Time Dentist for a mission-driven outpatient community dental program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join a nonprofit outpatient dental practice serving children and adolescents Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a patient-centered community health setting Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative support team Two hours of administrative time completed remotely each week Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to quality dental care

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$85,500-$127,500 Annual Incentive Bonus Up To 18% Of Base Salary $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Retention Bonus

SCHEDULE

Wednesdays And Fridays No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Two Hours Of Administrative Time Completed From Home ROLE Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Diagnose and treat pediatric and adolescent dental conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on preventive oral health Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
