POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide comprehensive general dentistry in an established Community Health Center. Perform routine preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures while delivering high-quality patient care. Practice bread-and-butter general dentistry with strong clinical and administrative support. Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans. Collaborate with an experienced dental support team in a mission-driven outpatient environment. Focus on building long-term patient relationships while improving access to quality dental care.

WHY DENTISTS ARE APPLYING

Monday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM schedule. Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Progressive and financially stable Community Health Center. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Full clinical and administrative support staff. New graduates are encouraged to apply. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary:

$140,000-$180,000 based on experience. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Health, dental, vision, and employer-paid life insurance. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours of Paid Time Off. 8 paid holidays. Continuing education time and allowance. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. Employer-paid malpractice coverage. License renewal and DEA fees paid by the employer. Short-term and long-term disability coverage.

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Current Pennsylvania Dentist License. Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services. Commitment to delivering community-based patient care. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. New graduates and experienced Dentists are encouraged to apply.
