POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide outpatient oral and maxillofacial surgical services in an established Community Health Center. Perform surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgery treatments. Develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of surgical care. Practice with strong clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care. Utilize modern equipment and clinical resources in a well-established outpatient setting. Enjoy clinical autonomy while serving an established referral network and patient population.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Compensation:
$150-$200 per hour based on experience. Flexible scheduling options. Malpractice insurance coverage available. Established surgical support staff. Modern equipment and clinical resources.
Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Current Pennsylvania Dental License or ability to obtain. Ability to independently perform a broad range of oral surgery procedures. Strong surgical, communication, and patient education skills. Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care. Experienced surgeons and newer graduates are encouraged to apply.
