We are looking for an Orthodontist who wants to deliver clinical excellence for our Multi-Specialty group at Smile Culture Dental for our location in Glen Mills and Wayne, PA! Part time 2-3 days per week with tremendous growth opportunity as our company continues to grow. Ideal candidate is someone who loves to work for a team and patient centered company that's goal is to always deliver the highest level of care. We are flexible with pay structure in terms of 1099 or W-2 with all benefits. Pay can be flexible in terms of minimum daily rates with bonuses or collection based. Orthodontist will have supervision and training under our Board Certified Orthodontist Dr. Adam Taee who is also a Diamond+ status Invisalign provider. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat dental malocclusions and oral abnormalities
• Develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs
• Install and adjust orthodontic appliances, such as braces, retainers, and aligners
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment
• Collaborate with other dental professionals, such as oral surgeons and periodontists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies

Experience:

• Ideal is at least 1 year of experience as an Orthodontist
• Proficiency in medical imaging and documentation software
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to perform patient assessments and interpret diagnostic tests
• Experience with clear aligners
• Competency in taking vital signs and maintaining accurate medical records As an Orthodontist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal dental health and a confident smile.
