For this position, personality, confidence, communication, and the ability to connect with patients are more important to us than an extensive clinical skill set. Clinical skills can be taught and developed through mentorship. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident in the dentistry they provide, communicates well, and makes patients feel comfortable.
