Job Description

Associate Dentist - Boutique Private Practice Philadelphia, PA 19116 | Part-Time, 2-3 Days per
Week Compensation:
$750-$900 daily guarantee or 33% of adjusted production, based on experience Our established, privately owned boutique dental practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Dentist to join our welcoming, close-knit team. We are a patient-centered, fee-for-service and out-of-network PPO practice offering personalized, high-quality care in a modern environment. Our technology includes CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and comprehensive restorative and implant dentistry. Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in dentists who were previously licensed and practiced dentistry internationally before completing a U.S. PASS, Advanced Standing, or internationally trained dentist program . Because many of our patients speak Russian or Ukrainian, fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is strongly preferred , although all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate is:
Warm, ethical, dependable, and patient-focused Confident in comprehensive general and restorative dentistry A strong communicator who values long-term patient relationships Collaborative and respectful of the entire dental team Interested in professional growth within a supportive private practice Experience with oral surgery, implants, or advanced restorative dentistry is a plus but is not required.
