Our family-oriented dental practice in Pottsville, PA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced dentist during a planned transition to retirement over the coming months. Candidates with prior clinical experience, particularly in molar endodontics and oral surgery, are strongly preferred. This position is expected to evolve into a solo-provider role following the lead doctor's retirement, with the goal of continuing to provide comprehensive, in-house care for the majority of procedures. Dentist:

Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO

Family practice, mainly working with Adults

2 hours from Philadelphia, 1 hour from Allentown

Modern Technology on-site Compensation & Benefits of the

Dentist:

$1,000 - $1,2000 Daily Guarantee (Experience Dependent)

Quarterly Bonus (Based on Collection %)

Monday & Tuesday (8:00-7:00pm)

Wednesday & Thursday (8:00-5:00)
