Job Description
About the Role We are building a rapidly growing network of dental practices across Texas and are looking for an exceptional Dental Network Development Manager to lead practice acquisition and activation. This is not a traditional recruiting role. Your job is to identify, contact, build relationships with, and onboard independent dental practices, multi-location dental groups and DSOs into our growing provider network. Our partner platform generates and directs patients to participating dental practices. The practice provides the clinical examination and intraoral scan and has the opportunity to provide clear-aligner treatment to suitable patients.
Our initial goal is ambitious:
30 activated dental practices within the first 90 days, followed by 100 active Texas locations. We are looking for someone who knows the Texas dental market, understands how to communicate with practice owners, and is comfortable owning the entire business-development process from first contact through activation. What You'll Do You will build and manage a pipeline of dental practices throughout Texas, with an initial focus on Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio . You will identify practice owners and decision-makers, conduct outbound outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, schedule and conduct introductory meetings, explain the partnership model, follow up with prospects, assist practices through contracting and onboarding, and ensure signed practices become active, productive members of the network . You will also develop relationships with multi-location practices and DSOs , where a single partnership could potentially bring multiple locations into the network. This is a performance-driven role. We care much more about activated and productive practices than simply collecting signed agreements.Pay:
