Benevis Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to provide compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents in a busy, access-focused practice. You will perform exams, cleanings, restorations, limited orthodontics, and preventive services while creating a positive, kid-friendly experience for every patient. Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team that values innovation, operational efficiency, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents Perform exams, cleanings, restorations, and limited orthodontic procedures Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral health Ensure a safe, child-friendly environment and manage patients with dental anxiety or special needs Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize clinical operations Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to dental regulations and standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adopt evidence-based practices Engage in community outreach and education to promote pediatric oral health Required Skills Pediatric dental examination and diagnosis Restorative dentistry for children Behavior management and patient communication Nitrous oxide/analgesia administration Pulp therapy and space maintenance Limited interceptive orthodontics Digital radiography and dental charting Infection control and OSHA compliance Electronic dental record (EDR) proficiency Interdisciplinary collaboration
