Associate Dentist
Private Practice, Mentoring, CEREC, CBCT
GENERAL DENTIST IRMO, SC MP36-11809 A
Full-Time Associate Dentist position is available in an established, comprehensive practice that combines a community feel with advanced clinical capabilities. Located 15 minutes northwest of downtown Columbia, serving a diverse, loyal patient base of middle to upper-middle class demographics. Why This Opportunity $700-800 initial daily guarantee, percentage of collections. Benefits included (health, dental, paid liability. CE support)
Transition existing patients from owner and previous associate
Collaborative environment with owner mentorship
Fully digital office with CEREC and CBCT technology
Mix of fee-for-service and PPO patients (no Medicaid)
The Role Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm
Provide high-quality, patient-focused comprehensive care. Maintain excellent patient satisfaction while collaborating with owner dentist and team. Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for an organized, patient-focused dentist who values collaboration and clinical growth. Minimum 1 to 2 years of clinical experience or
GPR/AEGD
residency preferred. The associate should have excellent people skills and a patient-centered treatment philosophy.
