Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry procedures and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality dental services in a professional and compassionate manner. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans covering procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. Conduct various dental procedures including oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and implant placement with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques. Utilize practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records, treatment notes, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery. Maintain infection control standards and adhere to state healthcare regulations to ensure a safe clinical environment. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, post-operative care, and dental health education. Manage dental fabrication processes and assist in maintaining a well-organized dental office environment. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in both clinical procedures and patient care. Familiarity with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and implant procedures. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and healthcare diagnosis processes. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines and state healthcare regulations ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Prior experience in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with proficiency in infection control practices. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to oral structures and medical imaging techniques.
