Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative care, and treatment planning. Develop and present individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options. Collaborate with our experienced hygiene, clinical, and administrative teams. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Build strong, lasting relationships with patients. Participate in the continued growth and success of the practice. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Tennessee dental license or eligibility for licensure. Excellent clinical and communication skills. Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry. Strong treatment planning and case presentation skills. Interest in continuing education and professional growth. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Experience in comprehensive dentistry is preferred. An interest in bioesthetic dentistry and long-term practice ownership is a plus. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Production-based compensation.
