Endodontist Opportunity - Happy Smiles Dental Group Job Overview Happy Smiles Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Endodontist to join our growing dental team. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and treating complex root canal cases while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and clinical excellence. Your expertise will help preserve natural teeth and improve patients' oral health outcomes through precise and effective endodontic treatment. Responsibilities Perform root canal therapy and advanced endodontic procedures with precision and efficiency Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans Utilize advanced imaging technology to diagnose and manage endodontic cases Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and specialists to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols to ensure patient safety Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative instructions to patients Stay current on advancements in endodontics and related specialties Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Certificate in Endodontics Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA license Must carry own malpractice insurance Proven experience performing root canal therapy, retreatments, complex endodontic procedures, and pediatric endodontic care Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, infection control, and aseptic techniques Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems Pediatric experience is a plus Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care excellence
