Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating oral health issues with precision and empathy. Collaborate with our healthcare partners to integrate dental and medical care, enhancing patient outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Utilize your expertise in Invisalign to provide tailored orthodontic solutions, ensuring patient satisfaction. Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness and give back to the community. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance. Participate in practice management activities, contributing to the clinic's growth and success through innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for: Someone personable with strong leadership skills. Someone who doesn't want to be in corporate dentistry. Minimum 2+ years of experience, with high value given to those with more experience and training (CE, AEGD, etc.). Someone with Invisalign experience. Someone who wants to learn, grow, and constantly improve. Someone who wants to give back. Someone who wants to have fun at work. Depends on experience and performance.
