We are a fast-paced, patient-focused private practice looking for a dependable, personable, and experienced RDA who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and supporting a smooth clinical workflow. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, works well independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable keeping up with a busy schedule while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays Alternating Mondays 8:10 AM - 5:30 PM Part-Time Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general, restorative, and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain an organized clinical environment Take dental X-rays and assist with clinical procedures Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection-control protocols Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care Anticipate the dentist's needs and maintain an efficient workflow Assist with room turnover and daily clinical operations Maintain accurate patient and clinical documentation Work collaboratively with the entire dental team Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Previous dental assisting experience required Strong clinical and infection-control knowledge Excellent communication and patient-care skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced private practice Professional, positive, and team-oriented Takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience
