Orthodontist - Associate Position Privately Owned, Dual-Specialty Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic Practice | Central Texas About Us We're a well-established, privately owned dual-specialty practice offering both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics under one roof, with two locations serving the Central Texas area . Known for providing high-quality, compassionate care to families in our community, we've built a loyal patient base and a supportive, experienced team across both offices. Our long-time orthodontic associate is retiring due to medical reasons, and we are searching for the right candidate to help us continue delivering excellent orthodontic care to our growing community. The Opportunity We're seeking a licensed Orthodontist to join our practice on a part-time schedule (8 days per month) . We are looking to continue growing the practice, and more days can be added to accommodate growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants strong, predictable earning potential without a full-time commitment or someone seeking better work-life balance without sacrificing income. You'll step into an established patient base with steady monthly collections, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team. Compensation & Benefits Generous daily rate, paid regardless of production Uncapped bonus on top of your guarantee, based on total monthly collections already in place Schedule 2-3 days per week (8 days per month) Specific weekday schedule and location assignment (between our two Central Texas offices) to be discussed based on practice needs and candidate availability What You'll Do Provide comprehensive orthodontic care to a well-established pediatric, adolescent, and teenage patient base as well as treat adult orthodontic patients Diagnose, plan, and manage orthodontic treatment including braces, clear aligners, and other appliances Collaborate with our pediatric dental team to coordinate patient care Deliver a warm, patient-friendly experience consistent with our practice's culture Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Active state orthodontic license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Texas Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Why Join Us Walk into an established, thriving patient base — no need to build a schedule from scratch Dual-specialty practice , working alongside a collaborative pediatric dental team under one roof Privately owned — enjoy the culture, flexibility, and decision-making of an independent practice, not a corporate DSO Two convenient Central Texas locations , offering flexibility in where you practice Predictable base pay with real upside as you continue to grow the practice Supportive administrative and clinical team handling scheduling, insurance, and day-to-day operations A practice culture focused on quality care and long-term patient relationships How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief cover letter to pedorthotx@gmail.com.
