Job Description
Cosmetic and Implant Dentist - Houston, TX A dental practice is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry for adult patients. The role combines general and cosmetic procedures with advanced surgical and implant services, including immediate dentures and full-arch rehabilitation. The dentist will have access to digital diagnostic technology, laboratory support, clinical mentorship, and continuing education opportunities. Responsibilities Provide cosmetic dentistry services, including veneers, smile makeovers, and bonding Provide comprehensive general dental care Perform surgical extractions and other appropriate surgical procedures Place dental implants and provide implant-supported treatment Provide immediate dentures and implant-supported overdentures Perform full-arch implant rehabilitation as appropriate Perform bone grafting and socket preservation procedures Develop comprehensive treatment plans using advanced diagnostic imaging Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow professional standards Continue developing clinical skills through education and training Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current or eligible dental license required to practice Strong surgical and extraction experience Implant placement experience preferred Experience or interest in cosmetic dentistry Passion for comprehensive implant and cosmetic dental care Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Commitment to ongoing professional development Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Clinical autonomy with experienced team support Advanced implant training and continuing education Clinical mentorship Access to digital diagnostic and treatment technology On-site laboratory support Opportunities to expand advanced surgical, implant, and cosmetic skills Supportive clinical and operational environment How to Apply Candidates interested in this opportunity are encouraged to send their resume to: Careers@desortstaffing.com Please complete the online application to be considered.
