Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of procedures, from routine check-ups to complex treatments, all performed with precision and compassion. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans. Perform general dentistry procedures such as dental examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy. Utilize advanced dental technology and tools, including digital radiography and medical imaging, to diagnose and plan treatments accurately. Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to ensure seamless patient care and maintain high standards of infection control and aseptic technique. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities related to pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and other specialties as needed. Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting with proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation. Familiarity with practice management software as

Ability to perform dental procedures including extractions, implants, endodontics (root canals), orthodontics, prosthodontics (crowns & bridges), and oral surgery. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly and empathetically. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare policies ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
