You will step into an established referral base with a great support team already in place, so you can focus on doing excellent clinical work from day one. Quality is the priority here. Employment type: W2

Compensation:

Negotiable percentage of production with a daily minimum guarantee of $1,200 to $1,500

Earning potential: $320,000 to $400,000

Growth path: For the right candidate, growth into equity or partnership is on the table

Schedule:

4 days per week, Monday through Thursday

Patient flow: 8 to 12 patients daily

Support:

6 dedicated operatories and 2 dedicated assistants

Technology:

Full-scope periodontal equipment
