Collaborate with team members on complex cases involving orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, dental implants, or other specialized procedures. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques by participating in ongoing education and training sessions. Ensure all procedures adhere to healthcare diagnosis standards, medical documentation requirements, and legal regulations governing dental practice. Skills Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient documentation and patient management. Extensive knowledge of general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and oral surgery. Strong understanding of medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental diagnosis and treatment planning. Experience in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implantology is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills to educate patients about their oral health needs and foster trustful relationships. Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently for optimal workflow and patient comfort. Familiarity with infection control standards, HIPAA compliance, and state healthcare regulations ensures safe practice environments. Competence in managing medical records accurately while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
