ABOUT THE POSITION
Busy, well-established cosmetic and general dental practice is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys variety, values continual growth, and thrives in a patient-centered environment. Please note, the schedule is non-negotiable; you need to be sure you can work those hours before you apply. Why join us? High-quality comprehensive dentistry—from restorative to cosmetics, orthodontics, surgical extractions, and implant placement/restoration. Strong mentorship and team support—you'll be joining a collaborative group of 3 dentists, 2-3 hygienists, and 3-4 assistants who have been part of our dental family for years. Modern practice - 11 treatment rooms, digital technology, and an efficient workflow. Do not apply if you are a new graduate or still in school. We service a PPO and fee-for-service mostly adult patient base (8-10 patients/day average).
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry (not open to new grads). Comfortable with fillings, crowns, extractions (including surgical and 3rd molars), dentures, and molar endo. Implant experience is a plus, but not required. Goal-oriented, detail-driven, confident, and able to communicate effectively with patients. Proficient in English. If you're ready to join a thriving, patient-centered practice that values mentorship, cutting-edge dentistry, and a healthy work-life balance, we'd love to meet you. Why you should come work for us: We are a busy cosmetic dental office that offers a full range of services under one roof. Our goal is excellence in all that we do. This position would be good for someone who wants to do a variety of procedures, enjoys learning and striving to improve and become better, while also earning a high income. The staff have all been here for years, and we are truly a dental family that you will enjoy working with, as we are all goal minded and patient centered.
