About the Role We are a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice in Houston seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Prosthodontist or Periodontist to join our dynamic team. We're looking for a clinician with advanced surgical and restorative training who can independently manage complex implant cases from diagnosis through final restoration — including full-arch (All-on-X) reconstruction. Established, top-quality, privately owned practice Strong patient base with consistent referral and case volume Significant income potential with performance-based bonuses Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern office with updated technology, including digital implant planning and in-house imaging Clear path for professional growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Perform full-arch (All-on-X) implant surgery, from treatment planning through placement Provide comprehensive implant restoration, including fixed and removable full-arch prosthetics Diagnose and treatment-plan complex restorative and surgical implant cases Perform bone grafting, sinus lifts, and other implant-related surgical procedures as needed Diagnose and present treatment plans effectively to patients Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships Collaborate with assistants, lab technicians, and administrative team members Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, with completed residency/specialty training in Prosthodontics or Periodontics Active Texas dental license in good standing (specialty certification preferred) Demonstrated proficiency in All-on-X surgical and restorative protocols Experience with implant placement, bone grafting, and full-arch prosthetic delivery Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient education skills Commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Benefits Long-term career growth potential If you are a motivated specialist looking for clinical autonomy and a supportive team environment, we would love to connect with you.
