Compensation & Earning Potential:

Competitive daily guarantee transitioning to production-based income Average associate earnings above $175K Dentists with advanced procedural skills often exceed $250K annually

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Current Texas dental license and regional board certification

Availability:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some Saturday hours required Require at least 2 years of experience or more. Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused environment Prior group practice or private practice ownership experience is a plus
