This position is ideal for a dentist looking for a consistent part-time schedule with a primarily hygiene-focused patient load and opportunities to provide straightforward restorative treatment. Schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays Approximately 6 hours of patient care per day Consistent part-time schedule Compensation $650 daily guarantee , OR 30-33% of collections, whichever is higher Percentage of collections will be based on experience and qualifications What We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active and unrestricted Virginia dental license Current professional liability/malpractice coverage Excellent communication and patient-care skills Comfortable working with hygiene patients and performing routine restorative dentistry Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Both experienced and qualified newer dentists are welcome to apply We would love to hear from dentists who are looking for a stable, long-term part-time opportunity and enjoy working in a friendly, team-oriented practice.
