Unique Dentist Opportunity | Biological & Ceramic Implant Dentistry We are looking for a dentist with implant placement experience to join our established, high-end, fee-for-service holistic dental practice in Richmond, Virginia, with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2027. Candidates must be licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia, or be eligible and willing to obtain Virginia licensure, and ideally have approximately 5 years of U.S. private-practice experience. Experience placing titanium implants is welcome. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and expand into ceramic implant dentistry and advanced biological surgical protocols. This position is not limited to implant placement. The dentist will perform implant surgery as well as other dental procedures, supported by an established patient base, strong systems, advanced technology, and a fee-for-service model. Just as important as clinical ability, we are looking for someone who is humble, coachable, and genuinely team-oriented. The right person should be comfortable learning, collaborating, receiving feedback, and continuing to grow professionally and clinically. The current opportunity supports $1M+ in annual collections from the outset on a condensed, limited weekly clinical schedule, with the potential to increase significantly within the first year depending on the candidate's technical and patient-communication skills.

Ideal candidate:
