Productive Schedule:

Take over $80,000 in monthly production. 80% in-network PPO, 20% fee-for-service

Advanced Tech On-Site:

CBCT, iTero scanner, soft tissue laser, and complete implant setup

True Private Practice:

Dentist-owned and operated—no DSO management or quotas

Schedule:

Mon-Thu with alternating Saturdays

Excellent opportunity to sharpen skills in implants, clear aligners, and complex endo with direct owner mentorship

Candidate Requirements:

Active Virginia Dental License

2+ years of experience strongly preferred

Strong patient communication and collaborative mindset

Availability for two evening shifts (until 7 PM) per week and bi-weekly Saturdays (8 AM-2 PM)
