General Dentist - Part TimeSterling, VA | 3 Days/Week | $750-$1,300+ Per Day | Path to Full-Time Monday, Thursday & Friday No Weekends Established Patient Flow We are a growing private group practice in Sterling, VA seeking an experienced, well-rounded General Dentist / Associate Dentist to join our team 3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time. Our ideal dentist has 3-10 years of private-practice experience , excellent chairside manner, strong restorative skills, and genuinely connects with patients. We're looking for someone who is growth-minded, team-oriented, ethical, and interested in expanding their clinical skills. Comprehensive & Digital Dentistry We are a fully digital practice with an in-house CEREC lab , including CEREC, PrimeScan, PrimePrint, CBCT, 3D printing, and Solea. You'll have the opportunity to perform or expand your skills in: CEREC same-day crowns Comprehensive restorative dentistry Clear aligners Simple implants Endodontics Oral surgery Digital workflows You don't need to be an expert in everything. If you have a strong foundation and want to grow, we'll help you get there. Learn Alongside Specialists We have an in-house prosthodontist and periodontist , allowing you to collaborate on complex restorative, implant, and periodontal cases while learning side-by-side with specialists. You'll have clinical autonomy, mentorship, established patient flow, and the ability to keep more comprehensive care within the practice.

PM Thursday:

9 AM-6

PM Friday:

8 AM-3 PM No weekends Opportunity to transition into 4-5 days/full-time for the right dentist. Compensation & Benefits $750-$1,300+ per day , based on production, experience, and clinical skill set.
