Our PPO and Fee-for-Service practice is built on comprehensive dentistry, exceptional patient care, and long-term relationships. We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is confident in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. We're looking for a clinician who sees the complete picture—not just the immediate concern—and enjoys educating patients, building trust, and creating treatment plans that improve long-term oral health. Our experienced team and proven systems allow you to focus on what you do best: providing outstanding dentistry while building meaningful relationships with your patients. What We're Looking For Confident, comprehensive treatment planner Excellent communicator who can clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options Patient-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional care Positive, team-oriented professional with a leadership mindset Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and helping patients make informed decisions Interested in long-term growth within a private practice environment Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Virginia dental license Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in the United States Experience in a PPO and/or Fee-for-Service practice preferred Proficiency with iTero digital scanning Experience with Invisalign treatment planning and case presentation If you're looking for a long-term opportunity in a respected private practice where your clinical skills, communication, and leadership are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
