Job Description
Eagle Family Dental is seeking an experienced, confident associate dentist to join our team . We are a well-established, multi-doctor practice focused on esthetic clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and a positive, team-driven culture. This position is ideal for a dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience who is comfortable treatment planning comprehensively and leading patient care with confidence. Our office has a strong focus on digital dentistry, including same-day restorations and in-house lab workflows. Experience with digital systems is highly valued. Schedule Mondays or Thursday What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Confident in comprehensive treatment planning and case acceptance Strong, direct communicator with patients and team Enjoys restorative dentistry and bread-and-butter procedures Team-first mindset in a multi-doctor environment Takes ownership of patient outcomes and schedule Calm, steady presence under pressure Growth-minded and open to feedback Preferred Experience Digital dentistry workflows CEREC or other same-day crown systems 3D printing and in-house lab processes Interest in esthetic and efficient restorative dentistry What We Offer 30% of net production Established patient base with strong new patient flow Modern technology and well-trained support team 401(k) with employer matching $2,500 annual continuing education allowance Positive, collaborative culture with clear leadership About Eagle Family Dental Our focus is to provide esthetic clinical excellence and responsiveness to the unique needs of every patient.
