What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans Perform restorative and preventive dentistry Provide procedures based on your experience and clinical interests, including extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry Educate patients on treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow established infection-control and patient-safety protocols Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and the broader practice team to provide an exceptional patient experience Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education opportunities What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active state dental license or ability to obtain licensure Strong clinical and treatment-planning skills Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented approach to patient care Interest in continued clinical and professional growth Why Join Rising Tide?
