! Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivering a range of general dentistry procedures tailored to elderly and special needs patients. Effective communication and proficiency with dental technology are essential to maintain high standards and ensure positive patient experiences. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Active and valid state dental license Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans Valid driver's license with clean driving record for travel to multiple locations Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside of traditional offices
Compensation:
28
  • 30% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
