Job Description:
As a General Dentist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff, using the latest technology to ensure high-quality treatment and positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment Work closely with the dental team to provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active, valid Wisconsin dental license (or in process of obtaining) Strong clinical skills and knowledge in general dentistry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work well in a team environment Experience with digital radiography and electronic health records (EMR) is a plus New graduates are welcome to apply!
